How We Use Your Information

We may send transactional messages related to your orders. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted by law and your preferences.

Data Sharing

We share necessary order and delivery details with payment, shipping, and logistics partners to fulfil your purchase. We do not sell your personal data.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers and business.

Delivery Partner Information

If you register as a delivery partner through the Kshatriya Delivery app, we collect additional information required to verify your identity and pay you. This includes your name, mobile number, email address, bank account holder name, bank account number, IFSC code, PAN number, and optionally your UPI ID.

We also collect identity and eligibility documents you upload during onboarding: Aadhaar (front and back), PAN card, proof of bank account, and where applicable your driving licence, vehicle registration certificate, and photograph. These documents are stored in private storage and are visible only to authorised staff reviewing your application.

While you are marked online and available for deliveries, the app collects your device location so orders can be assigned and customers can track their delivery. Location is not collected while you are offline. The app also stores a push notification token so we can alert you to new assignments.

Delivery partner identity documents and bank details are used solely for verification, payouts, and statutory compliance. They are not shared with customers, and are not sold or used for marketing. We retain them for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by tax and labour record-keeping obligations.

Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS, access controls, and secure payment processing. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We retain order and account records as needed for legal, tax, and customer-service purposes.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs such as completed order records.
